1.     Most parts are guaranteed for 90 days unless otherwise stated at time of sale.

2.    We do not guarantee parts that have been altered or disassembled.

3.    Parts not defective, which are returned by customer for credit or refund, are subject to a 20% restocking fee, if accepted. Parts other than those originally sold, or which have been altered or damaged, are not acceptable for return.

4.    Body sections, which have been cut off to order, are not returnable.

5.    A core deposit is required on all exchange parts. Core deposits are refundable if core is returned within 14 days (or as agreed.) Checks that are held for a core deposits will be deposited after 14 days.

6.    We guarantee heads not to be cracked. We do not guarantee heads not to need valve jobs.

7.    All guarantees are void in case of racing, drag racing, or any abuse of merchandise.

8.    We do not guarantee labor on defective parts, nor do we guarantee our parts against defective labor.

9.    We make no other promises, guarantee or warranty. We are not responsible for damages or any loss caused from installation, or removal, or use of this merchandise.

10.No refunds on parts purchased with a check for 14 working days.

11.Buyer agrees to pay all fees and costs associated with the collection of this debt. 1.5% finance charge on over due balances.

TRANSMISSION WARRANTY

Transmissions are guaranteed to function properly in all gears at times of installation when installed by a reputable mechanic known to us.

A.    Improper detent adjustment, low fluid level, failure to install new filter (Automatic Transmission. only), broken front pump, or improper installation voids all warranties.

B.    All conditions listed under terms of sale (above) apply.

C.    It is recommended buyer replace front seal prior to installation.

ENGINE WARRANTY

1.    Used engines are guaranteed not to have cracked block, head, or bad crankshaft. Parts external to the cylinder block and the cylinder head(s) (I.E. water pumps, carburetor, distributor, fuel pump, etc.) are not warranted.  These are left on the engine for the installer's convenience ONLY.

2.    All conditions listed under terms of sale (above) apply.

3.    Used engines guaranteed against rod knock, excessive smoking, and excessive oil consumption.

4.    It is recommended the buyer replace the rear main seal and inspect gaskets prior to installation.

5.    All parts on the engine at time of sale must be returned with the core engine for core credit.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICIES

1.    A minimum deposit of 50% is required for all. special orders and parts.

2.    Deposits are non-refundable.

3.    No warranty or refunds on special order electrical parts.

4.    Parts and deposits left over 30 days shall be forfeited.

5.    Seller is not responsible for delays in UPS or freight shipments. Freight delivery is beyond the seller's control.
